European Union appears to be ready to welcome... | Gather: "Talks today appear to have the European Union and Moscow at arms length for participation in the World Trade Organization. The Bussels summit of the Russia-EU talks have been fruitful with an announcement later today sharing that the WTO will be what Russia will join next.
The news today is that Russia and the European Union have signed a letter of intent that the two entities will work together in 2011 to have Russia join the World Trade Organization as an active member."
